Artsy Partner

In our recent effort to push promotion of our little gallery in 2014, we've recently been accepted as a partner gallery to Artsy.net.

If you're not familiar, Artsy is an online directory to quite a few of the world's top galleries.  They promote and feature art galleries in order to make the art world accessible amongst the public to facilitate learning, collecting, and discovering new art works and galleries.  Here's their mission in their own words:

Artsy's mission is to make all the world's art accessible to anyone with an Internet connection.  We are an online platform for discovering, learning about, and collecting art.  Our crowing collection compires 95,000+ artworks by 18,000+ artists from leading art fairs, galleries, museums, and art institutions.  Artsy provides one of the largest collections of contemporary art available online.

Shannon Richardson Press Release

We've just put the finishing touches on the press release for Shannon Richardson's upcoming show.  The show, titled 'The Reunion of Night & Day,' opens in March and lasts until May.

Brumfield's Gallery on Kickstarter

We've just launched a new project on Kickstarter this week.  We hope to commission British sculptor Leigh Dyer for a solo show in September 2014.

In order to bring such a large show to the US (Dyer's first stateside), our budget needs a supplementary $4,000.  We're accepting donations from $1 and up, all of which come with special prizes.  Donators can receive a signed exhibition poster, exclusive updates on the commission, or an original Dyer piece - it all depends on what you donate!
