Pick of the Week

We've decided to start a new little series for the blog titled 'Pick of the Week.'  Each week we'll feature a piece from the gallery that we think is a strong representation of our current shows.

For the first installment we have Erin Ruiz's piece titled 'With Baggage like that…'  This work is currently in one of our shows titled Love Story, that features both Ruix and painter Beth Bojarski.  You can find more about the show on our Scribd profile or our website.

Happy Friday!

Upcoming and Current Shows

We've recently gotten the full body of work for Shannon Richardson's upcoming show in March.  Here's a few peeks at some of the paintings set to display…

'We, Within the Fold' by Shannon Richardson

'Top of the Hill' by Shannon Richardson

Also, don't forget about two our current shows!  We have Erin Ruiz and Beth Bojarski's work in the front gallery.

And Heidi Preuss Grew and Michael Barnes's show will only be up for one more week (ending March 1st) - be sure to catch this great exhibition while you still can!

Happy Friday!  Remember we're open Saturday, 10 am - 5 pm.

'Love Story' Opening Tonight!

'Scene' Article for Love Story

Just a quick post to note our newest feature in the Scene section of the Idaho Statesman.  Dana Oland has written a great article about our newest show 'Love Story' coming out today. You can read the article here or pick up a local paper.

Don't forget about tomorrow's opening for 'Love Story' either!  The event will be open to the public and run from 7 - 9 p.m. here at the gallery.

Upcoming: Love Story

We've just sent out the invites to our upcoming show, opening on Saturday, February 8 from 7 -9 p.m. here at the gallery. 'Love Story' will feature the work from Erin Ruiz and Beth Bojarski, both of whom created new work based on the theme of love.

We've also published the press release for the show on Scribd.  You can read it here.

Beth's work has arrived at the gallery and is now on her artist page on our website.  We will show you a few peeks...

We have a bit of news for another show as well.  We've revived our KickStarter campaign for Leigh Dyer's commissioned show coming in September 2014.  We truly appreciate, and need, any help we can receive for this project!  If you'd like to donate (and receive an exclusive prize!) please follow the link here or find our project 'Creating Monkey Business' on Kickstarter.

Thanks!
